The winner must provide proof of rent (invoice, lease, or payment portal screenshot). Payment (up to $2,000) will go to the winner or directly to their landlord.
❓FAQs
Do I need to buy the app to join?
No. Entry is 100% free. App purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
What's the max number of entries?
There is no maximum. You may tag as many friends as you like. Each tag = 1 entry.
How will I know if I won?
We'll contact you via direct message and email, and announce the winner in stories and during a livestream on July 9.
What if I don't pay rent?
The prize is intended to cover one month's rent. If you're not paying rent, you're not eligible.
📜Official Rules
Eligibility:
Must be a U.S. resident, age 18 or older. Not open to employees or contractors of Tenant Inspect or their households.
Void Where Prohibited:
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions that require registration, bonding, or specific disclosures for giveaways. Residents of Rhode Island, Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, Tennessee, and any other state or locality where this promotion violates local laws are not eligible. Subject to additional restrictions in Florida and New York.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your odds.
How to Enter:
No entry cap – each comment may include only one tagged friend to count as one (1) valid entry.

❌ Example (Invalid Entry):

To maximize your entries, tag friends in separate comments. Multiple tags in a single comment count as just one entry.
Prize Details:
One winner will receive a rent payment of up to $2,000. The winner must verify rent with documentation (lease, invoice, etc.). Payment may go to the landlord or the winner directly, as determined by Tenant Inspect in its sole discretion.
Tax Responsibilities:
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may be owed as a result of winning the prize. The prize value (up to $2,000) may be considered taxable income. If required by law, Tenant Inspect will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax forms.
